When you use this website, download a tool, book a session, or contact me, I collect some personal information (such as your name, email address, and sometimes your timezone or service interest).
What I do with your data:

❯ I never sell or share your data — ever!
I use tools like Wix, Calendly, Teams, Google Meet, Whereby, MailerLite, Mollie, and Stripe — all GDPR-compliant and secure.
You have the right to:

❯ Request a full breakdown of what I store
I do not send any mailings or newsletters.
You’re always in control of your own information.

All content on this site — including blog posts, tools, downloads, and coaching sessions — is meant for personal reflection and inspiration.
It is not a substitute for therapy, legal advice, or medical care. However, it might just be the clarity you need to take your next step.
Coaching with me is about clarity, growth, and self-trust. It’s not a diagnosis or treatment.

4. Terms & Conditions
These apply when you engage with my services — free or paid.
Payments
❯ All prices are in EUR
❯ As a small business, I’m VAT-exempt under Belgian law (artikel 56bis) — should this change in the future, this page will be updated accordingly
❯ Paid services, e.g., the High Heals Coaching Program, or the Seasonal Online Group Coaching, are payable at booking
❯ 1:1 sessions are paid at the end of session (unless agreed otherwise)
Cancellations & Refunds
❯ Free Clarity Calls can be rescheduled up to 48h in advance (by email only).
❯ Individual 1:1 online coaching sessions and sessions within coaching programs or packages can be rescheduled up to 48h in advance.
❯ No-shows or late cancellations are not refundable — this includes group sessions.
❯ Digital content is non-refundable once access is granted, as you agree for delivery to start immediately and waive your 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law.
Corporate Sessions – Cancellation Terms
❯ For corporate coaching or speaking engagements, cancellations are free up to 10 working days before the agreed date. If cancellation occurs later than that, the full agreed fee will be invoiced, as planning, preparation and time have already been invested.
❯ Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability, but must be requested at least 5 working days in advance.
Use of Materials
❯ All downloads and tools are Copyright © 2025 Sandra Peeters / High Heals.
❯ You may use them personally, but not share or resell them.
❯ Ask first if you want to use anything in your work or publication.
Coaching Ethics
❯ Coaching is a voluntary, co-creative process. I don’t promise outcomes. What I offer is support, tools, and the right questions.
❯ I reserve the right to decline or refer if a coaching relationship is not appropriate.
❯ Respect and boundaries go both ways.
❯ If anything feels unclear, unfair or unsafe — talk to me.
