As an Integrative Health Coach, I help you explore all aspects of your life that impact your health. Maybe you’re in a difficult—or even toxic—relationship. Perhaps your job no longer brings you joy. No matter how well you eat or how much you exercise, stress from these situations can still affect your sleep, energy, and overall well-being. I work with you to shift your perspective, make healthier choices, and take small and sustainable steps toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Having firsthand experience living with an autoimmune disease, I also specialize in supporting individuals with ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, and Hashimoto’s disease on their path to better health. My goal? To get—and keep—you on High Heals!

With evidence-based knowledge, practical tools, and a personalized approach, I empower you to build healthy routines and lasting lifestyle changes that bring more joy, energy, and balance into your life.

Hi, I'm Sandra

For 17 years, I’ve been going through life on High Heals, ever since I made a lifestyle change in 2008.

Living with an autoimmune disease has taught me to be my own heroine. Most of the time, I’m doing great—yay! But sometimes, things don’t go as smoothly as planned, and that’s totally okay. I live, learn, and grow through my own experiences and the insights my clients care to share with me.

 

My health journey sparked my curiosity: why do diet, relationships, work, and stress have such a huge impact on how we feel?

In 2016, I discovered the Whole-Foods, Plant-Based Diet at the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, and in 2018, I graduated as an Integrative Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

 

During the Covid-19 health crisis, I learned how trauma can continue to affect your health and well-being, even years after the event. I made the connection between the narcissistic abuse I experienced in my childhood and my own health and well-being struggles. This motivated me to dive deeper into this topic and to support others who are dealing with the aftermath of toxic relationships on their healing journey.
